Hello guys, my name is Guilherme Kulnig.
I was born in Curitiba, Parana, located in southern Brazil but I was raised in Rio de Janeiro since I was 2 years old, so I consider myself a “carioca”. I am passionate about this city and the lifestyle I find here.
My main interests are surfing, jiujtsu, travel, and enjoy life with friends! And, of course, working as a model which is what I love to do!
How did all begin: Surfing!
I was surfing when three bookers approached me and asked if I was a model or if I would like to be. I was about 16 to 17 years, I was somewhat in doubt but I decided to give a try.
In my first job I was very nervous, I didn´t know howto pose to the cams. I´ve been working as a model for 8 years and I´m now in China, focusing on my international modeling career.
Working with photographers: great enthusisasm
A good photographer knows exactly what to do so I enjoy having a previous talking to him/her, I follow their ideas with great enthusiasm and just let it flows. And also very important is a good previous night sleeping.
I never posed naked, but for a great fashion campaign maybe yes, why not?
A funny/unusual moment
Once I was in the studio doing some pics for a music player´s brand and I had to dance. Shame, because I really don´t know how to dance, so u guys can imagine the situation lol lol. But, u know, focus, concentration and….. done it!
Catwalks experiences
I´ve walked for some of the major stylists in Brazil such as Ricardo Almeida and Alexandre Herchcovitch and also posed to the lens of Mario Testino.
Backstage´s experiences are always fun. Once, we were waiting for hours and hours before the show. So, we played cards, made jokes, jokes, we did our best to spend time together. That´s the modeling crew lol!
A fashionista?
Not at all. I´m a beach guy. That´s my lifestyle!

Sports are very important for the education of our children. I´ve been into sports since I was a child, so I always encourage children to practice sports. Surfing and jiu jitsu keep my body and mind healthy.
