Hello, my name is Kely Lemos, I’m 16, brazilian model and I was born in Recife, a city located in the state of Pernambuco.
I started modeling when I was 9 years old. It was a tough beginning, so many false promises from agencies that only wanted to cheat but I never give up on my dreams.
I kept searching for a serious and professional agency. When I turned 15, thanks to a friend of mine, I met the agent Debora Dias and since then
I´ve been working a lot here in my hometown, learning a lot to my achieve the best of me and focus on my international career.
His first photo shooting with a italian photographer and the funny backstages moments
My first shooting was with an italian photographer who came to my city. He saw me in the school where I´m currently studying and offered me a test shooting. It was my first experience posing to the lens of a photographer and I really enjoyed it. I had a great support of my parents and also my agent Debora Dias that really believed in my potential. I love the fashion world, the backstages, the crew, there´s so many adrenaline!!
Professionalism is the key. I love working with a photographer that share his/her experience with the team. We are a teamwork!
A funny moment (as a matter of fact, that could be tragic!) happened during a shooting in the beach. where I had to walk in a plantation and while shooting, a scorpion climbed on my foot! U guys can imagine the situation. I had to stay really quiet without moving a single muscle until the intruder decided to leave my foot lol lol!
A fashionista?
Basic clothes, shorts. I want fo feel comfortable and feel nice. I like to read and follow the fashion trends. Yep, I consider myself a fashionista!
Beauty X Professionalism
I think beauty helps a lot but without professionalism, hard working and dedication a model won´t be succesful in this business. Focus in what you believe and go ahead, everthing gonna be all right!
Having fun, enjoying life
I love to stay home with family, chilling out with my buddies, watch a good movie and go to the the beach. I also enjoy going to the mall to do some shopping.
